Our Production Facility
To fulfill our aim of maximizing customers satisfaction, we provide them an array of high quality stainless steel products. To meet their bulk and/or urgent requirements, we have developed a well-equipped manufacturing facility at our premises. This facility covers a large plot area, which includes wide open spaces for the parking of vehicles that would transfer the finished products to our warehouse. The manufacturing facility comprises an extensively covered area, where we have installed a number of modern and efficient machines for a smooth & flawless production process. The production facility includes:

- Round bar / structure rolling mill

- Wire drawing and HR / CR coils plates mill.
Quality Assurance We offer the best quality stainless steel products to our customers. To sustain their quality, we implement a standard quality assurance strategy in our business process. As per this strategy, our quality auditors conduct stringent checks and inspections on all the stages of the production process, starting from the segregation & testing of raw materials till the dispatch of finished products. They also conduct intermittent checks at different stages of the production, to ensure high quality standards. In addition, they conducts following tests on the finished products:
- Visual inspection of cast / rolled products
- Macro / Micro Structure analysis including metallurgical analysis
- Destructive & non-destructive analysis / testing.
